100s of to-dos for your business,
which 3 matter?

The missed inquiry on WhatsApp, overdue invoices, payment follow-ups, emails to respond, long-term business goals. Ek-ai (short for Ekagra ai) keeps track of it all, and every morning hands you an email brief: the 3 things that matter for your business.

What is Ek-ai? (Ekāgra AI)

Not another app to learn. Runs on your Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

Problem

Missing important things, getting buried by recent

Recent over important: because new things keep coming up all the time, the long-term important things get missed.

Business opportunities lost to scattered threads across email, to-dos and WhatsApp chats.

Opportunity

AI can do more than just chats - a smart assistant.

A system that understands the context and goals of your business, reads across your WhatsApp, mail and calendar, keeps a live sense of what's changing, and is proactive like a highly capable assistant.

Who is it for?

Security

Data does not leave your computer.

The WhatsApp messages, everything Ek-ai learns, all of it stays in plain files on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded, nothing trains anything. The only thing that leaves is the brief we email you.

Vibe

Why call it Ek-ai?

Short for Ekāgra-AI. Ekāgra means single-pointed focus. That's the feeling we're after: not more noise, not more tabs, not another tool. One point of attention, on what matters most.

How it works?

01

Onboard

Ek-ai learns your business, its goals and the people you work with, connects your tools, and sets up your morning brief. A guided one-time setup, roughly 1 to 2 hours.

02

Observe

It reads where your business actually happens: WhatsApp, Gmail, your calendar, and more as you connect them. Quietly, on your side.

03

Remember always live

Every commitment, promise and open thread lands in a living memory that never stops refreshing. As the day moves, so does what Ek-ai knows, and what it decides matters most.

Every morning

/morning-brief

Once a week

/weekly-check-in

Just like checking in with an assistant: set new priorities, think out loud on a knotty problem, unblock what's stuck. A short weekly sync keeps Ek-ai current as things change.

Use when you need

/think-out-loud

A decision, a hard call, a plan for the week, a product idea. Since it already knows your business, you skip the recap and just think through the hairy problems.

Use when you need

/draft

Writing in your style: email responses, WhatsApp messages, company documents, and more.

Built to be trusted with the personal stuff.

Not more noise, not more notifications, not more tabs.
Less, but the right less. Clear, unhurried, pointed at your priorities.

Your memory is yours

Everything Ek-ai remembers lives in plain files, on your device, that you own. Not a database we control. Not training data. Yours, forever.

It drafts. It can't send.

When something needs to go out, Ek-ai writes the draft and hands it to you. It can't send on WhatsApp, can't send an email, can't post anywhere. The send tools are switched off at the system level.

What actually leaves your device

What Ek-ai reads, your messages, mail and notes, stays on your device. It isn't uploaded and isn't used to train anything. One exception: your morning brief is emailed to you, and email has to pass through a delivery service to reach your inbox.

What it can't do yet

  • Cannot read WhatsApp voice notes, images or attachments.
  • Cannot watch multiple inboxes, it's set up on one computer.
  • Because data never leaves your device, it can only operate on the computer it's set up on.

Questions worth asking

Does it send messages or emails as me?

No, it can't. When something needs to go out, it writes a draft and hands it to you. You send it yourself, so you stay in the loop on everything that leaves in your name.

Can it reply for me on WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is read-only. It reads your chats to track what matters, but sending is switched off at the system level, even if you ask. Want a reply? Ask it to draft one; you send.

Where does my data live?

What it reads stays on your device and isn't used to train anything. The one exception is the brief it composes, handed to a delivery service so it can reach your inbox. That's just how email works. Everything it remembers stays in files you own.

What can it connect to today?

WhatsApp, Gmail and Google Calendar are live today. That's what the pilot runs on. More get wired as partners need them, and we'll always tell you exactly what's connected.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Setup is guided and we do the technical parts with you. You only handle the human steps: signing in to your accounts, approving a permission, scanning a WhatsApp QR code.

What do I need to run it?

A computer that stays awake during your day and a subscription to an AI assistant (Claude or Codex). We'll help you get set up during onboarding.

What if I stop?

You keep everything. Your memory lives in plain files on your device. Open them in any editor, take them anywhere. Nothing is locked to us.

About us

Friends from BITS.

Siddharth has spent about a decade building software and AI products, most recently as a founding PM. Aditya has spent years building and running a pharma business. We wanted to build something meaningful, and started with a problem we kept seeing up close: while AI has advanced a lot, most people still use it mostly to chat. Ek-ai is our attempt at something more useful. We're early, and we'd like a few business operators to try it and help shape it.

A line we keep coming back to:

The progressive mind is seen at its noblest when it strives to elevate the whole race to its own level - whether by sowing broadcast the image of its own thought and fulfilment, or by changing the material life of the race into fresh forms intended to represent more nearly that ideal of truth, beauty, justice, righteousness with which the man's own soul is illumined. Failure in such a field matters little; for the mere attempt is dynamic and creative.
